Conscious Living Up-Cycled Wine Tumbler set/2 - Leaf Design
Would you believe these stunning tumblers were discarded wine bottles?
We salvaged them from recycling or landfill.
We cleansed, sanitised and removed the label by hand.
We cut its top to re-purpose as a tumbler / vase.
We fired our own original Loveshak leaf design onto the glass.
We fire polished the rim so that it has no sharp edges and is smooth enough for drinking.
Why?
Because we believe in conscious living.
Because we love love love the ideal of creating something that’s not just reused once, but can be reused again and again and again.
Something that has a lifetime of sustainability...
Thanks to our fire polished rim you can re-use your wine bottle as a drinking tumbler (I’m thinking they are perfect for vodka/cranberry cocktails) or as a storage jar in the pantry (not as much fun though!?!) or even a flower vase. We are thrilled to be re-purposing an item that would normally end up in landfill or recycling, and creating something beautiful to collect that provides a lifetime of sustainability…So not only do you purchase a beautiful product to enjoy, but you also receive a piece of trash revamped into an environmentally conscious treasure…cheers to that!
Short (12cm) unique wine bottle vase/ tumbler available in boxed set of 2.
Please note that the bottle colours vary from clear to pale blue or to green to brown glass. There will be slight variations of colours and imperfections due to the nature of the up-cycling process. We try to match the sets so that both the tumblers are very similar…
Our stock levels are very limited, but we are always working to create more!! It’s quite a lengthy, time consuming and skilled process - however we feel the results are totally worth it and our environment will benefit from our efforts…
